DIVERCHIM SA announces € 1 million funding to support expansion and growth

DIVERCHIM SA (Montataire, F) a leading provider in specialized chemistry services to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries announced today having successfully completed a €1million round of equity funding which will enable Diverchim to increase its development in new facilities close to CDG airport (F) to support its continued growth. In less than 10 years, DIVERCHIM has become the first French CRO in chemistry for life science.


The investor in this round is led by BNP Paribas Private Equity. Commenting on the deal, Diverchim’s Chief Executive Officer Jean-Louis BRAYER said: “I am very grateful for being introduced to the team at BNP Paribas Private Equity at such an important stage of development in Diverchim’s history. In a strained international economical environment, the participation of BNP Private Equity is the strongest sign to encouraging Diverchim’s management to reach these growing objectives”
