The creation of novel building blocks, templates, scaffolds, privileged structures or small fragments for Small Fragment Based Drug Discovery is critical to maintaining diversity and originality in drug discovery programs. These structures should be considered as LEGOTM stones that can be used by chemists as a basis for the construction of more complex molecular structures. With this in-house expertise, by developing new methodologies Diverchim has built, to produce a catalog of over 800 structures for Drug discovery or Screening that can be ordered directly from stock from several milligrams to a hundred grams, to support pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fine chemical and related research.
The compounds are supplied in research quantities from stock, while the kilo lab facility allows Diverchim to offer many of these intermediates in 100g-1kg lots with lead times to be defined, depending on complexity.
In addition to its in-house chemical developments, and in order to support customers' needs, Diverchim has undertaken strategic collaborations to strengthen and support the growth of the catalog. A number of compounds have been effectively scaled up with large-scale manufacturers to provide customers with kilograms quantities of product. This allows Diverchim to maintain links with customers throughout development and to avoid disruption during the project.
